The W130S can be inserted quickly and easily into the precisely fitting baffle. This eliminates the need to mill out the baffle with a router to produce the loudspeaker housing. The opening is chamfered to the maximum on the back in order to keep losses due to turbulence as low as possible. It is attached using metal threads that were melted into the baffle. The secure hold is ensured by metal screws. 
 
The baffle is made from 2 parts. For this reason, a decorative joint is created in the baffle. 
 
The product is delivered fully glued. Adhesive swelling may be visible on the back. This is not a defect but an indication for a flat bonding. 
 
An additional board is required for assembly (see “green” illustrations). The bonding takes place on the area marked yellow.
